Snow Day Reflections

In celebration of our snow event, ponder these Bible verses mentioning snow:

Purify me with hyssop, and I shall be clean;
Wash me, and I shall be whiter than snow. Psalm 51:7

Trustworthy messengers refresh like snow in summer. They revive the spirit of their employer. Proverbs 25:13

“Come now, and let us reason together,” says the Lord, “Though your sins are as scarlet, they will be as white as snow; through they are red like crimson, they will be like wool.” Isaiah 1:18

The rain and snow come down from the heavens and stay on the ground to water the earth. They cause the grain to grow, producing seed for the farmer and bread for the hungry. It is the same with my word. I send it out, and it always produces fruit. It will accomplish all I want it to, and it will prosper everywhere I send it. Isaiah 55: 10-11
